South Farm found on the Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire borders is a beautiful wedding venue offering a gorgeous backdrop for your wedding day. As a wedding photographer this was the first time I had shot there and I was not not disappointed with the day at all! Laura & Brownie, who live in the mountains in France chose South Barn as a great venue for all the families. The wedding ceremony was planned, and hoped to be outside but the late Summer weather put an end to that dream. South Farm can boast of its Tudor Barn which can easily accommodate the wedding ceremony and hold the wedding breakfast too.

When Laura & Brownie’s wedding took place it was during the restrictions of COVID and a limitation of the number of guests and the social distancing we have become familiar with. Whilst the restrictions did curtail my movement of photographing the ceremony the end result was fine.

The outside space is simply beautiful. A wide choice of photography locations made choice difficult with so many opportunities. With a Summer House in the grounds that can be used for wedding ceremonies, the Tudor Barn, are amongst a range of choices for you to choose from. The family venue is extremely well run and appointed and having some 15 years experience in running the farm as a venue they really have done an amazing job!

Being a Cambridgeshire wedding photographer I am very much looking forward to return there for another wedding. A beautiful relaxed wedding, Laura and Brownie and their families were super to work with and this is another treasured wedding photographers dream coverage! Thank you!
